My Podcast Faves

Looking for some new inspiring podcasts to listen to?

Here are 5 that I subscribe to and listen to every single week.

I have learned so much from listening to these women over the months/years, and always get value from pressing play while I'm driving to work, waiting in a pickup line, or folding laundry. 🤷‍♀️

  1. Mindful in Minutes Meditation - These short weekly guided meditations are perfect for those who are new to meditation or looking for a quick way to relax and refocus. The host is Yoga for You founder, Kelly Smith - the episodes are mostly 20 minutes or less, and highlight real life topics like anxiety, self-confidence, insomnia.

  2. Lazy Genius - Kendra Adachi's new episodes every Monday are a must-listen. She's funny, organized, and awesome, and her advice will help you be a genius about the things that matter (to you) and lazy about the things that don’t. Recent episodes cover topics like how to manage daily chaos, how to create a relaxing home routine, and 10 things to do when you don’t want to cook.

  3. Let it Be Easy Podcast with Susie Moore - These almost daily 5-minute episodes are packed with insights that will help you shift your perspective for a more expansive, joyful, and fun life. Whether you need a quick hit of inspiration or a longer reflection, Susie's warm and wise words will leave you feeling empowered.

  4. Emotionally Uncomfortable with Heather Chauvin - Heather is an amazing coach/mentor who tells it like it is. As a mom, entrepreneur, coach, and survivor of stage IV cancer, she knows what it takes to really challenge yourself and stop making excuses for why your life can’t be better. Her no-BS approach to life, business, and motherhood will help you radically shift your mindset and live life on your own terms.

  5. Your Parenting Long Game with Rachel Bailey - for parents looking for practical and effective frameworks for parenting, is a great choice. Rachel's weekly podcast covers topics such as coping with big emotions, reducing mom guilt, and teaching kids to tell the truth. Her long-term approach to parenting will help you raise happy, confident, and resilient kids

So if you're looking for some podcasts to help you feel more grounded and inspired, give these a try! Happy listening!
